Armaan Club for Artisans' Children
The Armaan Club takes change into the next generation. Through a comprehensive program of enriching experiences, mentoring, life-skills instruction and educational and career advice, the Armaan Club is helping to break the cycle of poverty and unemployment. It was formed in collaboration with the artisans to help their children succeed and blossom. Your donation helps pay for camps, computers, and advisors. The annual budget for this program is $5000.

Social Action Initiative
The cooperatives are working together on what may be their most challenging community project yet: battling domestic violence. They are determined to shine a light on this social ill, which is partly ignored, partly tolerated, rarely spoken of – and all too common. Their guerilla street plays inform victims and warn oppressors. Your donation helps pay for coaching, supplies, props, travel, etc. The annual budget for this program is $6500.

SHARE Resources for Success
SHARE works with the artisans to develop programs which help to ensure that the changes in their lives are real, positive, sustainable, and manageable. Many face obstacles such as insecurity or family disapproval, others have problems guiding and disciplining their teenagers. Sessions with a psychologist help them sort out difficulties. Yoga classes and stress management classes offer ways to deal with tension. Your contribution helps support these services reinforcing the transformation of the artisans' lives. The annual budget for this program is $6000.
