Material 2

This dress is wonderful - can't say enough good things about the material - beautiful ! Just a small problem - the neckline is tight and the shoulders are also tight - not quite enough material - I'll still wear it - while I lost about 5 pounds !

Wonderful design and fabric.

I had purchased one of these dresses last winter so I knew that I like the fabric and the unique designs. This dress is comfortable and attractive. The only thing I would change is to have it be longer, as was the dress last winter. I am wearing this one as a top and not a dress. I will be watching for this dress to show up again for the next season!

Gorgeous indigo dress

Another winning dress from Marketplace. The indigo is deep and vibrant, with subtle color variations that add depth. Lovely soft cotton and embroidery accents on the pleats. Just washed it for the first time and hung it to dry; no wrinkles and the color held up well. Just beautiful.

Much more detail than in the picture!

I am going to wear this ravishing Chibori dress until it falls off my frame! The detail in the dyed indigo blocks in the body of the dress have a subtle pattern that adds to the dimensions of the design of the dress. The fine pleats in the bodice of the dress lend shape and definition. The color didn't run or fade when washed, and the fabric held its shape. This is going to look great with the jacket I bought from Marketplace India in 1990.

Perfect fit

Love it. I wear it as a tunic, with jeans. I love that your company makes larger sizes, because I like oversized fit and can't get it in my size usually.

Love it but not so much

First let me say that this dress is just as adorable on as it is in the picture. The embroidered pleats on the top are somewhat hidden in the picture but add a pow factor also. My not-so-much is a personal preference. I grew up when cotton had to be ironed to within an inch of scorching in order to be considered wearable. This dress is REALLY cotton through and through. I'm much too old now to get out the old ironing board, sprinkle the dress, spray it with liquid starch and continue to press hard on the hot iron. But for a younger, less cotton-picky than myself it is a dream dress!
