Child Education not Child Labor
About 6 million children between the ages of 5 and 17 work in terrible conditions in the fields and the garment sector in India. The numbers are expected to grow, especially in the garment industry, which may double by 2021. The artisans are determined to use their earnings to keep their children in school. Not only are they living healthy and safe lives now, but they will have good employment opportunities after they graduate.
