Spirit in the clothing, spirit in the wearer

The Usha Jacket is deliciously long, comfortable, and rich in vibrant colors. The ikat fabric is even better than I anticipated! Overall, it is a wee bit wider than expected, but that is good because I am a wee bit wider than expected. I appreciate being able to button it all the way down. And it is a jacket, after all, so will work nicely flying over light sweaters and layers of other Marketplace shirts. As with all the Marketplace clothes I've been buying over some 25 years or more, a magical feeling comes over me whenever I slip into an outfit. It might be because I know that smiling hands have created each piece, and I love the colors and the unique designs and stitching. But I really sense that each item of clothing, from dress to pants, to tops, to scarves, has been made thoughtfully, as if each piece is individually important. I feel good all day when I wear these clothes. Joyfully powerful. Thank you Marketplace Handwork of India!
