Refund policy

The artisans work hard to produce a good-quality and well-designed product, and we want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, however, MarketPlace accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. All clothing items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached/included, and in original packaging.

Please note that MarketPlace does not pay for return shipping or refund original shipping charges unless the item sent was damaged or we sent the wrong item by mistake. MarketPlace reserves the right to refuse or to limit returns or exchanges.

Please do not return items without prior approval. Click here to create a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). You will need to have your order information handy to complete the request. Once the request is submitted, customer service will send you your RMA #. RMA # requests are processed during regular Customer Service hours, Monday - Thursday 9am - 6pm, Friday 9am - 3pm ET. Requests may take up to 48 hours to process.

Once you receive your RMA # fill out the Return/Exchange Form which was included with your order and record the RMA # on it. This will expedite the return process at our warehouse.

Returns sent via U.S. Postal Service should be insured for your protection. Retain a copy of your return tracking number for your records.

FOR EXCHANGES: We offer ONE free shipping exchange per original order. Once we receive the original item, we will credit the original payment method and put in a new order with no shipping charge for the exchange. If you placed a web order, you will receive a link to an invoice to complete your exchange order online. Credits can take up to two weeks to appear on a statement, depending on the bank/credit card company policies.

FOR DAMAGED GOODS: If you have received merchandise that is damaged, please contact us to arrange the return. Including photos of the damages will expedite the return process. Once the item(s) has been received and checked, we will refund you the amount of the product in addition to your shipping charges.

FOR ITEMS RECEIVED IN ERROR: Please contact us to arrange the return. Indicate the item(s) that were missing from your order, if any. We will send the correct items with no additional shipping charge

REFUNDS: All refunds are given in the form of the original payment. For all credit card purchases, please allow additional time for the credit to appear on your statement. If you paid by check, we will mail your refund check within 15 business days after receipt of the return.

RECYCLE/REUSE: If you have the original packing bag, simply turn it inside out, seal it with your item and paperwork inside, and place a mailing label on the outside.
