The best of blue blockprints decorate both sides of this easy, casual jacket. Deep blue and starlight white prints reverse to nighttime blues and greys. Dropped shoulders, with sleeves that roll up to show contrasting fabric. Side slits. Hand embroidery embellishes the lapels. Generously sized -- one size fits most.

Arpan Cooperative Define Their Brand

Established in 1999 in Thane, roughly 29 km from Mumbai, Arpan has 10 tailors, 9 embroidery artisans and one manager. This is a group of strong and opinionated women who at times have lively "discussions." They are, however, quick to put aside differences to support one another, such as when they confronted an abusive husband, telling him if he did not change his ways he would have to answer to all of them! They also take on community problems such as clean water. Yet they also know how to have fun, celebrating festivals in coordinated saris and flowers. They identified with the following:

The reversible jackets are always a win to me.

Switch up the look as two sides are better than one, great for layering, perfect for cool weather, unique look and patterns, and the list goes on.

What I love about this one is that the blue is bright and bold on one side and the dull grey blue on the other--so good! Both sides are amazing! There is a one button closure which is a shell button, nice! And an extra button inside one of the pockets in case you have a sad button moment.

I was also surprised at the price as often the reversible jackets are a bit more expensive but I've found that they are always worth it!!!
