Summer, with a Splash of Joy! - Vol 1
May 30th, 2025
Summer kicked off with a burst of energy and excitement! The summer activities were planned in two sessions: the first—a fun-filled 5-day program—took place right after Final Exams, before many families headed off to their villages. The second session is coming up soon, for the children who are staying in the city.
The first round was packed with color, creativity, and lots of laughter. There were arts and crafts projects like thumb painting for the little ones, and hands-on games where the kids actually made what they needed to play—like crafting their own mini basketball hoop using a board and plastic cups! There were board games, carrom, and even a mini talent show where the kids danced, sang, and performed little skits—playing roles like vegetable sellers, teachers, and more. It was equal parts adorable and impressive!
What made it even better? The parents jumped in too! Their participation brought so much joy and created a beautiful sense of community.
The grand finale was a beach day—and it was pure magic. The kids played games like kho-kho, tug-of-war, and ran races in the sand. There was cheering, laughter, and lots of sandy feet. The day wrapped up with a shared meal and special gifts—each with an educational twist, to keep the learning going even after the fun.
We can't wait for the next session!
